Shipping & Returns


Our store ships via USPS or DHL. Ground shipping is typically through the United States Postal Service and we periodically change our shipping rates to reflect flat rate shipping. DHL Worldwide Express is also an availible shipping option for certain countries. Average delivery time is 3-7 business days and includes a tracking confirmation number. Since customs are cleared within the US, delivery time is more accurate.

Unfortunately shipping one single case can cost as much as $7 at times depending on the case thats purchased and the location of where its going. We do provide tracking numbers as well. In order to receive a tracking number customers are encouraged to create an account during checkout. Please allow 24 hours to process your order.

We are not responsible for lost items by the United States Postal Service or DHL. If an item is listed as 'delivered' you should contact the appropriate shipper to file a claim if you did not receive it.



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, visit contact page and leave message or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
